Currently, I am using RescueTime to track my time: https://www.rescuetime.com/
This software helped me so much when I was trying to figure it out a few years ago. You can install the platform on your phone and computer and gives you reports. You can auto categorize into productive vs nonproductive etc.
RescueTime has many apps so you can put it on your work/personal computer and then phone and it will accumulate all the reports. It also has a browser tracker.
