I am working to make this more accurate through third-party verification (family, friends), research, and now analysis of journals, content, messages and more during those times.
Having that experience and knowing what I know now, how can I:
1. Warn myself in advance if I am starting to spiral downwards again?
2. Know I am doing well so I can get encouragement to continue to move forward in a positive way?
